Built by Bell, 72-21491 was passed to the Argentine Army[1] on 23 October 1973. Captured by British forces,[2] and brought to Britain as a trophy of the Falklands War, it was noted at RAF Valley during September 2002, painted in US Army colours with false serial 998-8888.[1]
It was subsequently broken up, and the parts dispersed.[3]
